Issuing offices shall not accept files for which the country of Exporter, Supply or Inspection is a US embargoed country.

Issuing offices outside the United States of America shall exercise caution when the Country of Exporter is a US embargoed country and the country of Supply/ Inspection is inside the US. In these cases, the issuing offices must contact the SAI Group-Iran for advice before processing or distributing the file.
